Racquetball
abThe Racquetball Skills Development Program has been designed to introduce the basic skills of racquetball to children, youth and adults. The goal of the program is to help people learn the fundamental racquetball skills and strategies required to play racquetball so they can enjoy life long participation in the sport.
There are five levels of instruction. Each level contains activities and drills that give the student the opportunity to practice and learn specific skills in the following areas:
· Racquetball Safety
· Racquet Readiness
· Footwork
· Forehand/Backhand
· Serves
· Serve Returns
· Strategy
· Rules
By completing each of the five levels of instructions, players will develop the skills and strategies required to compete in racquetball tournaments.
